Manage your plan

Manage your Qubeforms subscription and compare form submission limits, storage, and retention. Review plan upgrades, prepare for downgrades, and verify account usage.

1. Find your current plan

Sign in and open Subscription to review your plan and available upgrades. Open Overview for monthly usage. Your subscription applies to the forms you own; a shared inbox follows its owner’s plan. Creating another form does not create another allowance.

2. Compare allowances and features

All plans include unlimited forms. Monthly accepted non-spam submission limits are 100 on Free, 1,000 on Starter, 10,000 on Pro, and 50,000 on Business, shared across the account. Free allows one recipient per form; Starter allows five; Pro and Business allow unlimited recipients. Pending recipients occupy slots too. Uploads, autoresponders, and webhooks start with Starter. Team inboxes, advanced spam controls, and priority delivery start with Pro. Routing and custom email templates require Business. Sending domain support is not yet available.

3. Change a subscription

Use Choose beside an available plan or Open secure billing portal in Subscription. If checkout is unavailable, use Contact billing. Review the portal’s amount, billing interval, and effective date before confirming. Afterward, return to Qubeforms and confirm the plan shown for your owned forms. See Billing, invoices, and cancellation if the account still shows the previous plan.

4. Understand usage accounting

Usage follows a UTC calendar month, not your payment anniversary. Draft saves and spam do not count as accepted non-spam submissions. Marking a counted record as spam removes its count from the month in which it arrived; restoring it to Inbox counts it again. Archiving or deleting accepted submissions does not free monthly capacity. Separate request and storage limits still apply. See Rate limits and monthly usage.

5. Prepare for a downgrade

Review uploads, webhooks, autoresponders, recipients, spam settings, and team access before moving to a lower plan. Features can become unavailable when the new plan takes effect, and queued delivery may be cancelled if its channel is no longer allowed. Default submission retention is 30 days on Free, 90 on Starter, and 365 on Pro and Business. New submissions receive a deadline using the form’s retention at receipt; do not assume a later upgrade extends existing deadlines. Export needed data first.

6. Verify after a change

Check the plan displayed on each owned form, then send one non-sensitive test using the features you depend on. Inspect the stored record and delivery status. A payment confirmation alone does not verify that form access has synchronized successfully.

Keep private credentials private

Public form keys can appear in browser code. Read keys, management credentials, and webhook signing secrets must stay on the server.
